6--LEVELLAND & HOCKLEY COUNTY NEWS-PRESS, Sunday, April 21, 2024 The Agriculture Committee of the Levelland Chamber of Commerce awarded two $1000 scholarships to Emma Ayers, Whiteface ISD and Stratton Shertz, Ropesville ISD. Both will be pursuing degrees in an agriculture related field. The Ag Committee’s purpose is to make the community aware of the significance and economic impact of ag industry locally.
